My favourite flower 

Flowers are a symbol of beauty and peace. When I get up in the morning and see a flower,it brings a smile on my face. I feel peaceful and at least for fraction of a second, I forget my worries. There are many different types of flower is jasmine .It looks very beautiful white.its aroma spoil me anytime.

My all time favorite flower is JASMINE, which has their center of diversity is in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Jasmine is a genus of shrubs and vines in the olive family, & contains around 200 species native to tropical and warm temperate regions of Eurasia, Australasia and Oceania. Jasmine is widely cultivated for the characteristic fragrance of their flowers. A number of unrelated plants contain the word “Jasmine” in their common names.
Every time, I prefer to buy Jasmine, it gives soothing fragrance and makes mind fresh.

Tea can be made from the flowers. Some species are used to make special oil, perfumes or incense. Women, especially from Asia sometimes wear Jasmine flowers in their hair. Jasmine flowers are white or yellow in color, although in rare instances they can be slightly reddish. Jasmine flowers are well known for their lovely smell. Jasmine can also be a female name.

Growing Jasmine Flowers
  • Jasmines grow well in moist, well drained, sandy loam to clayey garden soil with moderate level of fertility.
  • It prefers a full sun to partial shade and a warm site, jasmine bushes should be planted during June to November.
  • Plenty of water should be given during summer.
  • Plants should be provided with full sunlight up to at least four hours a day.
The jasmine is believed to have originated in the Himalayas in western china. Flowering in jasmines takes place in summer or spring which is usually six months after planting. The jasmine flower releases its fragrance at night after the sun has set and especially when the moon is waxing towards fullness. Jasmine flower buds are more fragrant then the flowers.
